These terms cover Pinball Madness, an Android game by BinaryBears LLC. For questions or problems, contact support@binarybears.com.

The game

You may use the game for personal entertainment. It is free with ads and has no in-app purchases in this version. Online features and ad availability depend on connectivity and their providers. A current round is not restored after Exit Game or process termination; saved best scores and preferences remain on the device.

Fair play

Do not submit falsified scores, interfere with services or use rankings for abuse. Rankings, when available, are provided through Google Play Games and are also subject to that service’s terms. We do not promise permanent retention or uninterrupted availability of rankings.

Rights and components

BinaryBears LLC reserves rights to the original game code and content. Third-party components belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their licenses, listed in Licenses & credits. These terms do not limit rights granted by those licenses, including modification of library portions and reverse engineering to debug such modifications.

Availability and responsibility

We work to make the game reliable but cannot promise error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer warranties, remedies or rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Updates

We may update the game and these terms. Changes will appear on this page and be communicated separately where required. Data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
